Report on Status of Information Pertaining to Rinderpest

This is a report to the Committee on Biological Warfare of the conclusions of the FAO Nairobi Conference on Rinderpest, particularly considering its eradication through vaccines.

There is progress towards the eradication of rinderpest virus through vaccines in Africa and China. Discusses progress on vaccines development and promulgation. The US should move towards beginning our own research at home on this vaccine, but if we do not then we need to maintain close contact with the workers that are already doing this.
