In this meeting among doctors, scientists, and military officials they discussed the capabilities of the US Army Chemical Corps in developing weapons. There were no strong conclusions, but they discussed a desire to control the level of incapacitation of a weapon. They also made plans to visit the Naval Biological Laboratories next. Affirmed vulnerability of US to biological attack, discussed "ideal" incapacitation rate, and affirmed advantages of biological anticrop agents. Identified key agents under development by US military as weapons.
