Conclusions
The Germans have conducted experiments to spread bacteria in every territory. In tests with typhus they had excellent results spraying it from aircraft and also tested infecting fleas and body lice. They also had excellent results spraying tularemia from aircraft. Lastly, they made plans to use tetanus virus to sabotage therapeutic vaccines and wound dressing material in England and to contaminate livestock with Bovine Plague Virus.
