Conclusions
We must be aware of the signs of impending use of biological weapons by the enemy, such as abnormal production of biological agents or installations designed to use unorthodox munitions. We must also be aware of the signs that an attack has occurred, such as an explosive outbreak that cannot be explained or abnormal rodent mortality. Two agents of particular concern are anthrax and botulinus toxin.
