Topics
This paper is a review of the existing published literature on biological warfare and its effects on civilians
Date

Conclusions
Biological weapons use is feasible by both large and small actors and if used could result in a complete breakdown of the social order. To prevent this, civilian defense agencies must accept their feasibility and make a plan of action should they be used against us. It would also be beneficial for these plans to be publicized to curb some of the potential panic. Discusses military scenarios of BW use, immunization, and infrastructures that would be useful in potential attacks upon the US.
