Topics

Date

Conclusions
Attacks using CBR munitions do not destroy property and are therefore advantageous for an aggressor looking to conquer and use territory. CBR weapons can cause high morbidity that results in other manpower being wasted on caring for the ill. Biological agents offer a diverse range of effects and can be tailored to the goals of the user. CBR weapons pose as great of a threat to the US as atomic weapons.
