Conclusions

No one can predict the full effects of chemical and biological weapons on both society and the environment. The dangers threaten not just the country targeted but the rest of the world as well. One of the largest issues is the ease of development and acquisition of these weapons makes them a possibility for any actor. The production of these weapons should be unconditionally banned.
